Acquisition managers or what other people call "Closer" will play a critical role in the success of our clients' businesses. Their primary responsibility is to make the deal happen and that includes, pulling comparable properties, underwriting the offer, negotiating with the seller, sending out contracts, and making sure that they'll get it signed.
